We aim to process your order in 1-2 days and Finnish orders will be shipped on the same day. During busy time such as events prepare for a longer processing period.

For Finnish customers we currently have Finnish e-banking, MobilePay, Collector Bank (14 päivän koroton maksuaika - Laskutuslisä 2,95€), OP Lasku and for all customers we have Debit / Credit Card and PayPal to use. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Basic rates for an order are below: Finland: 5,90 € per order (1-2 days) Europe: 9,90 € per order (3-7 days) Rest of the World: 14,90 € per order (6-14 days) FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER 100 €!

We offer a 14 day return period from the day you receive an order. Instructions are found on the "Shipping & Returns" page.

We provide a return inside Finland. For a global return you'll need to cover the postal fee.

After we receive your order and it's processed in our warehouse it will take around 7-10 days to appear in your bank account.
